The Client

Terri Buseman is a Chicago native with an extensive knowledge of the region. As a Chicago realtor, she navigates the complex market of regions of the city and guides clients on their journey towards their new home.

The Challenge

Chicago’s growing market both creates opportunity and pressure on realtors to compete with massive agencies. Terri must stand out against the competition which includes high-end realtors and online sources like Zillow, Redfin, and more. Her website needed to be a resource for Chicago buyers to explore the market and regions as well as create trust in Terri’s ability as a realtor. Terri also required a logo that represented her in an elegant way and showcased her Chicago ties.

Our Solution

A user-friendly website was built with an integration into iHomefinder. Individual pages were created for each Chicago neighborhood, featuring an iHomefinder map and search function. In order to compete with large agencies an online real estate sources, search by neighborhood and by zip-code pages were created, allowing users to choose where they wanted to live and find homes in that area. A new logo featuring the Chicago skyline was created and both website and iHomefinder were customized to match the colors and aesthetic.

A Modern Logo

The new logo picks up on Terri’s background as a Chicago native. A modern font, clean lines, and complimentary colors represent Terri as the ideal agent for the luxury homebuyer.

Inner Page: Neighborhood

Individual pages were created for each Chicago neighborhood. Users will find info on the region and property search functions as well as featured homes for sale.

This page features an interactive map of Chicago with its neighborhoods. As suers mouseover each neighborhood, they’ll find which zip codes are in which region and be able to click to learn more about that area.
