The Client

Fortinet, an American cybersecurity company with a broad global footprint, has teamed up with Silverado Resort and Spa to kick off the 2021-2022 FedExCup Regular Season September 13 – 19, 2021. The event features PGA Tour athletes and celebrities, world-famous wineries and restaurant vendors, and a series of concerts.

The Challenge

Fortinet is the new sponsor of the event starting this year and therefore required a website to promote the event and sell tickets. The website also needed to be launched in various phases to first attract sponsors, then volunteers, and finally attendees.

Our Solution

A website was built on a user-friendly platform and was launched three different times. The first launch required the website include all necessary info to attract sponsorship. The second launch included volunteer info and sign ups. The third and final launch featured ticket links and was aimed at attracting attendees. Our team incorporated a calendar, various forms and means of contact for the different audiences, and thorough FAQ and information sources.

The Homepage

The homepage features a central landing page where users can learn more about the event series, find ticket links, see a countdown, and watch a video introducing the event.


Sponsorship Page

The first website launch focused on attracting sponsors. The sponsorship pages provides necessary info and contact forms.


Tickets Page

The tickets page features the various levels and options attendees have for the event series. On-brand imagery and ticket links help users find their path.
