WSI Digital Marketing has recently launched increased SEO efforts for MorningStar Senior Living, a growing network of 20+ senior living communities located across eight states in the Western US. MorningStar is committed to providing a true home for residents amidst a beautiful, serene setting and a foundation built on honoring God, valuing all seniors and selecting a care team with a calling to serve.

Very pleased with the success so far, MorningStar has expanded the relationship with WSI to include SEO efforts for two of their newest communities under construction, one in Beaverton, OR and the other in Glendale, AZ. Both MorningStar Assisted Living & Memory Care of Beaverton and MorningStar Senior Living of Glendale are scheduled to open in late 2018.

In addition, for several of the Colorado communities, WSI is expanding the SEO effort to cover new keywords and higher levels of off page optimization.  These increased locations include MorningStar at Bear Creek, MorningStar at Mountain Shadows and MorningStar at Jordan.

For the on-page optimization of this phase, we focused on adding pages for additional keywords on the main MorningStar site.  Since each community offers a different mix of services and focused geographic areas, the keywords mapped to the pages differ across communities.  You can see the optimized pages here.

With the SEO optimized pages now up on the site the off-page optimization is beginning.  Initial off page strategy includes citation building for the community as well as an intensive blogging effort. These high quality blogs will be syndicated to WordPress, Weebly, Blogger and Tumblr.

Each month of the SEO implementation will be monitored and carefully tracked along with the other communities.  Key metrics that will be measured include rankings, links, organic visits and leads from organic visitors.  We fully expect to see similar results that we are seeing at the other MorningStar Senior Living communities.
